5 Things To Look At When Choosing A Cell Phone
by Adrian Adams
Remember when cell phones first came out? Well, maybe you don't. But they were simple, basically offering exactly what was needed to make a phone call and nothing more. These days, manufacturers are loading cell phones with everything imaginable from cameras to personal data assistant features and full internet access.
So how can you, as a consumer, pick a cell phone that's right for you, that meets your needs with out having to pay for a lot of features you'll never use? By being aware of what you're actually looking for in a cell phone. When choosing a cell phone, you'll notice that there are a ton of differences between makes, models and pricing. There are cell phones with every feature imaginable or desirable at every price.
While browsing through the dozens of models, hundreds of features and styles, you'll probably be asking yourself which one will serve you the best. Ask what you are really going to use it for. Do you just want a phone or does having a digital camera on hand sound like something you'd use constantly. If you want a feature like that, make sure that you know the costs of sending photos as they'll become additional charges on your bill.
Always have a full schedule? A phone with a PDA feature may be perfect for you. Are you someone with staff that travels all over town? Then a GPS phone may be right for you. Make sure you ask about any additional fees that may be included with the use of these handy features, especially if you're traveling outside the country.
Now that you've determined the features you want, you will need to consider the style or type of phone that will work best for you. Size and weight, do you want something that is lightweight that will sit comfortably in your pocket or would you prefer something with a little more substance. There is also choices between flip phones and bar phones, speakerphones, or headphone jack. Many states and countries have made it illegal to talk on the cell phone in the car without a hands free set. Having one is a great way to not have to dig in a pocket or purse. Many hands free sets allow you to use the phone with the headset and speaker phones allow you to speak will driving or while moving around. Do you want a color display or is black and white preferable.
No matter what type of cell phone you're looking for, making sure you know the features you want and types and styles will go along way to saving you a bundle with your cell phone purchase. You want to make sure you don't pay for anything you're not going to use or end up paying for things you used but didn't know were extra. Being educated and doing your research is essential when making such as substantial purchase like a cell phone.

I was still in shock. How could anybody be that cruel? I didn't think that was POSSIBLE to have no heart like that. -End Jazz's POV-
-Regina's POV- John: Well.. if you SWEAR that you'll change into the dress once I tell you, then I will "I swear" John: Okay. The reason you can't lie is because I bought this. He pulled out a small perfume bottle. I couldn't read the writing on it though. John: I was a little skeptical about it, so I decided to try it out. The woman who sold it to me said that there were only a few requirements to make it work. The person has to be relaxed when they smell it. Stay relaxed as it takes effect. And it needs to be sprayed again every two hours or so if I'm planning on staying for a long time. And if I meet all those requirements, the perfume will work properly. It blocks the portion of your mind that controls the ability to lie. As long as you are under the influence of it, you will continue to tell the truth. I was trying to make myself react, to freak out that he was virtually controlling my mind, but I was unable. How could that stupid little perfume beat me?! Not fair! I wasn't even given a fighting chance. John: Now... about that dress..... "I'm not finished it yet, John" i said, turning back to the dress and finishing the seam. I took my time, happy that I could do that at least. If I couldn't completely take control yet, the little things were going to have to do. "So, John, tell me more about the perfume. Does it have any other effects on me?" John: Well.. if I use enough of it, apparently you start obeying everything I say. Want to give it a try? "What's the point in that when I would anyway?" Weird.. I had meant to say that. And I could feel that it wasn't true. Was I able to fight this strange perfume? I slowed my needle work again. John: Would you really? Why is that? "I remember you, John" I said. I was picking and choosing to say the parts that were true. "i remember the way you used to be, and I would hope that I could bring that you back" John: *silent* I slowed my needlework even more. I could feel myself fighting off the effects of that stupid little perfume. If i delayed enough, I would be able to stop it completely before I finished the dress. I didn't really want to put it on for him for some reason. My cell phone rang. "I should get that...." I started to get up, but he pulled me back down. John: Don't stop "But..." John: If it's important, they'll leave a message. "Okay..." I went to move back in front of the dress, but he didn't loosen his grip. "John.... if you want me to finish the dress then you have to let me go" John: I think I thought of a way I'd rather see you. "You mean you don't want to see me in the dress anymore?" I asked, getting nervous. I was still trying to get rid of the drowsy effect of that stupid little perfume. John: No..... not anymore "Then......" I could feel my body reacting to what my mind was processing, but I was still unable to actually REACT. My traitorous body would only react internally. John: You don't get it? Should I explain better? He put his arms around me tenderly and placed me on the ground. He brushed his lips against mine. I was trying my HARDEST to fight the stupid perfume. That's when the door slammed open. John jumped up. John: Who are you?! I couldn't see him, but the voice was so familiar. Would he understand? Alex: I'm Regina's BOYFRIEND! What were you just doing ON TOP OF HER?! I heard a thud and then fast footsteps. Alex: Regina? Regina?! I still couldn't move. Alex: WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?! I heard him go back to the hallway. John: Nothing she doesn't WANT! Alex: LIAR! I closed my eyes and turned all my focus on the little perfume that was messing with my brain. If I could even just fight it long enough....... I sat up just in time to see John throw Alex into the wall. I think that was the thing that helped me finish off the stupid effects. And he couldn't spray me again..... I was far from RELAXED. "ALEX!" John: *looks up surprised* Not possible! I ran over and threw him into the other wall. Then I leaned down over Alex. He had his eyes closed. "Alex! Oh Alex please get up. Please" I wrapped my arms around him and buried my face in his shoulder. John: You're coming with me. I felt his hands grab my shoulders and drag me off of Alex. My last thought was that I had to save Alex. then it all went black. -End Regina's POV-
